Gabi brings more than 20 years of experience in nutrition and wellness, with a professional journey spanning hospitals, medical practices, bariatric programs, long-term care, and telehealth nutrition.
Her work has given her a deep understanding of the relationship between nutrition, health, body composition, hormones, and overall wellbeing. Her personal journey has also shaped the way she approaches wellness, from becoming a mother to twin boys at 42 after IVF and extensive hormonal treatment to navigating her own experiences with perimenopause and menopause.
At KONNEKT, Gabi will share her personal journey of healing, reinvention, love, and community, offering space to reflect on the seasons of life that challenge us, change us, and ultimately help us discover new purpose.
Gabi's perspective is rooted in the belief that health is about so much more than a number on the scale. It is about vitality, nourishment, connection, and learning to care for ourselves through every chapter of life.
